2. Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

3. Coordinate and conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills, and provide feedback to hiring managers.

4. Assist in the selection process, including making recommendations and extending job offers.

5. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

6. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to help develop effective recruiting strategies.

7. Use data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions.

8. Ensure that recruitment practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.

9. Collaborate with HR to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

*Qualifications:*

- Education: bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

Experience: 2-5 years for entry-level roles.

- Skills: List specific skills like sourcing, interviewing, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
